Telenect Service Agreement
Use of the Telenect web site ("Web Site") is your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Web Site. Terms and conditions as noted herein may be amended or modified at the sole discretion of Telenect, LLC. Such changes will be effective upon the posting of such amended or modified terms and your use of the Web Site after such posting constitutes acceptance of those changes.
In exchange for your registration information and applicable fees, if any, and subject to certain limitations as described herein, you will be granted to access an audio and video presentation(s) ("Webinar").
In order to access the Web Site, you must possess adequate hardware and software and be connected to the Internet using a high-speed connection (See Recommended Specifications on our Web Site for details).
Website Content and Use
The Web Site content, including graphical designs, is protected by federal intellectual property laws. You agree that you will not: A. copy, translate, or modify any content included on this Web Site, unless you obtain prior written consent from Telenect and the Webinar presenter(s) or speaker(s) ("Content Provider");
B. license, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit, any content included on this Web Site, unless you obtain written consent of Telenect and the Content Provider;
C. modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or apply any technique, process, or procedure to ascertain or derive the source code, source listings, or any other proprietary information contained therein, except and only to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;
D. obscure or remove the copyright notice appearing on any Web Site content;
E. otherwise use any Web Site content in a manner that infringes on Telenect's or the Content Provider's rights;
F. use this Web Site or any of its services herein in any manner that is illegal, misrepresentative, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any entity or individual; or
G. reveal to any third party any access code or password to the Telenect Web Site, unless you obtain the prior written consent of Telenect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your password; or
H. download, copy, store in a retrieval system, translate into any language or computer language, retransmit in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photo-preproduction, recordation or otherwise sell or redistribute webinar contents without prior written permission from Telenect and the Content Provider.

General Terms and Conditions
Any failure by Telenect to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between Telenect and you with respect to the Web Site. By using the Web Site, you agree to these terms and conditions and any subsequent modifications.
Force Majeure Notwithstanding any other provision contained in these Terms and Conditions, in the event that the performance of any obligation of Telenect is prevented due to acts of God, exchange controls, export or import controls, or any other government restriction, wars, hostilities, blockades, civil disturbances, revolutions, strikes, lockouts, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Telenect, then Telenect shall not be responsible to you for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations. Telenect shall promptly notify you of such force majeure condition. The terms of this clause shall not exempt, but merely suspend, Telenect from its duty to perform until as soon as practicable after a force majeure condition ceases to exist.
