Collection and use of Information:

Telenect provides a safe and secure experience to visitors of our Web Site. The only personally identifiable information that we collect is information that you voluntarily provide at the time you create an account. We use the personally identifiable information to allow access to entitled webinars, to maintain your account information, to notify you of Telenect's products, services, and other pertinent information. You are welcome to anonymously visit the pages of our Web Site that do not require personally identifiable information.

After creating your account, if you decide you do not want to receive any information from Telenect, you can log onto the Web Site and update your profile by visiting the "Account" page. Additionally, we will include instructions about how to remove your name with each email.

Disclosure of Information:

We may disclose your name and email address information only to the Telenect webinar Content Provider (i.e. Speaker or Presenter), or the Sponsor of the webinar, for the purpose of introducing you to services that might be of interest to you. This information will be shared only if:

A. you consent to the disclosure at the time you create an account, by indicating that you would like to receive information about the Content Provider's or Sponsor's products or services; or

B. we hire entities and individuals to perform services on our behalf and consider the sharing of such information necessary to perform the services; (These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business) or

C. for security reasons, or if legally required to do so, or if requested to do so by a governmental entity.

We also gather certain non-personally identifiable information concerning visitor use of the Web Site, such as the sections you visit, the services you access, the links you use and the frequency of your visits. We use this non-personally identifiable information to provide a better and more efficient Web Site experience.

Use of "cookies":

We also make use of current cookie technology to help our visitors move more efficiently through our site.
