Telenect Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund for any unwatched events. Refunds may be given on a prorated basis for the number of events that have not been viewed as a percentage of the total number of events purchased. Refund requests for viewed events can only be requested within 10 days of being accessed, and Telenect reserves the right to refuse any refund requests for events that have been viewed.
