Attorney Glenn Smith is representing a postal employee before the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) who is claiming that he was forced into retirement as a result of a postal restructuring and a Reduction -In-Force. As part of this litigation, Mr. Smith deposed the Manager, Organizational Change Management, and the Manager of Selection, Evaluation, and Recognition, regarding postal RIF processes and regulations.
